It was a pleasure to give "The Code" a first listen (on speakers).

The whole album seemed shorter than real time. But it was not easy on my (bad) memory !

I remember clearly the "radiance" of Discovering Quasar and other passages afterwards. Also the surprising end chord.

Will be listening with headphones next time.

Thanks Petar,

I experience the music playing with my sense of temporal perceptions as well. I like the term radiance.

All 1000 sine waves (or thereabout - depending on where the music is) have an individual panner, which is also controlled by a sine wave with a unique frequency. A long way of saying, I recommend headphones as the panning is a huge dimension of the music.

Thanks for your comment, which is also a good reminder to me to listen to your excellent music.

I'm curious to hear the panning as I didn't notice any special movements on speakers.

This is really intense. I listened to it in the afternoon because I'm afraid to listen to it in the dark 😉

Won't be the only listen though, have to check it out more, there's a lot of layers. Unknown Nebula is the fave so far, I like the different sections.

I'm happy with intense. I think that fits with the space metaphors. Interesting about Unknown Nebula, because that's the least dense. There's more space in there to hear individual notes. I worked hard to find that massive chord close to the end.

Thanks Su, I hope you enjoy! Feels like quite nocturnal music - if you want the ideal mood.
